Bruce Knotts, a retired U.S. diplomat and current head of the United Nations Office of the Unitarian Universalist Association brought to Greenville his message that small groups of committed people can change the world.
Knotts has been heavily involved with the International Criminal Court. He continues to advocate for the women and children of Sudan. Knotts, an openly gay man, has successfully brought to the international stage the issue of equal rights for LGBT people.

Dynamic and personable, Knotts brings stories of success and a message of empowerment to both adults and youth.
